The section about Modifying this Agreement was changed to "Changing this Agreement". They mention about how they "reflect changes to our Service...for example, when we add new products or features or remove old ones" such as removing the dislikes. They also added "to prevent abuse or harm." The section was also split and clarified.

In the section about Downloadable Software, it seems like YouTube got rid of a section about how "you give permission for that software to update automatically on your device once a new version or feature is available, subject to your device settings."

It seems like YouTube also shortened their section about Terminations and Suspensions by YouTube. The Effect of Account Suspension or Termination also had its wording slightly changed.
Notice how they got rid of the section about how they would get rid of your account if "provision of the Service to you is no longer commercially viable." This means inactive accounts won't be deleted, guys!

First, YouTube clarified the section about the Removal of Content By YouTube. Then, before the Copyright Protection, they added "Community Guidelines Strikes". They also added that if your channel is restricted to a strike, you can't use another channel to circumvent that. I wonder how this affects second channels?

They clarified the section about Changes to the Service (old, left), and renamed it to "Develop, Improve and Update the Service" (new, right). Probably because they are changing the service by getting rid of dislikes.
