That has gone on since last update, even on 19.3 Version. Whomever did the last Kernel Update and Graphics Update needs to correct it and offer a Public Apology. I've had this happen 5 to 7 times in a 24 Hours Period ever since I last updated. Since this is a Direct Fault of the Linux Team, Linux Programmer can't say one word in defense. System-wide update to correct this issue. This is not an Individual User Generated Issue. So, I don't want to hear one word of defense of this Problem.
